We filled voids and sealed joints in this 15" RCP from above ground in one day for just a few thousand dollars. The City saw some cracking in the asphalt above the pipe, and, having their own camera crew, took a video and learned that there were some separated joints. We injected grout from above ground and filled the voids that had been created and permanently sealed the joints. Since the City has a camera crew, and cleaning crew on payroll, they cleaned the material that came into the pipe through the joint after we'd left.

Project manager, Ashby Johnson from the manhole as the material began to come up and through the separated joint. Ashby told Ricardo to stop pumping at this point.
Here, the material is beginning to react and expand and gain strength as it becomes a solid.
The material is starting to change color and expand in the joint.
The material is expanding and building strength. It has now encapsulated the separated joint.
